There is no reason to doubt the objectivity of the investigation begun. All of them are employees of the Zapolyarny Construction Company LLC (ZSK). Well, yes. Mine builders conducted planned passing work. The specialized department of Norilskshakhtspetsstroy is part of the Norilskshakhtstroy Trust, the one is a unit of the ZSK, which, performing the functions of the general contractor at all the large Norilsk Nickel construction facilities, in turn is his “daughter”.
