Elizaveta Vetrova and Yana Lysakova were detained in Yekaterinburg near the Temple-on-the-Blood during a feminist action.
The detainees were not taken to the police - protocols were drawn up right in the car nearby. A protocol was drawn up against Vetrov under Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for holding a public event) and released. Lysakova is still in the car, protocols are being drawn up against her under Art. 20.2 and Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the lawful demand of a police officer).
UPD. Lysakova was also released, having drawn up a protocol against her only under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
