The nose was born in Moscow, graduated from the Moscow Medical Dental Institute (3rd Honey). In 1990, he moved to Israel, where he took up journalism. Together with Arkan Kariv (Arkady Karabchievsky), he wrote the detective novel "Operation" Kennedy "about the murder of Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin.
In 1997, he returned to Russia. Was one of the pioneers of Russian -speaking fido and the Internet and one of the first Russian bloggers.

In 2015, the case was opened against the nose under Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code (excitement of hatred or enmity). The reason was the post “Wiping Syria from the face of the Earth”, published by a blogger in his LiveJournal on October 1, 2015, the next day after Russia's open intervention in the Syrian war. Nosik said that he "warmly welcomes" Syria bombing, and the inhabitants of the country "receive exactly what they voted for."
On October 3, 2016, the judge of the Presnensky district court of Moscow Evgeny Naydenov fined a nose for 500 thousand rubles. The prosecutor Elena Frolova in the debate requested two years of general regime for the defendant. The blogger himself did not plead guilty and the post refused to delete (
On December 15, the Moscow City Court confirmed the conviction , but reduced the amount of the fine to 300 thousand rubles. The reason was that Naydenov appointed a fine according to the new, toughened edition of part 1 of Article 282, which was enforced in July 2016 by the Yarova Law. Meanwhile, in accordance with Part 1 of Article 10 of the Code (reverse force of the criminal law), the nose was supposed to be convicted according to the previous edition of this norm, which acted at the time of the episode imputed to it. The previous edition provided fines from 100 to 300 thousand rubles, the current one - from 300 to 500 thousand.
In mid-May of this year, the nose filed a complaint with the Constitutional Court of the 282nd article of the Criminal Code .
