On Sunday night in Moscow, at 52 years of life, a media manager and blogger Anton Nosik died. The cause of death was a heart attack.

The nose was called one of the founding fathers of the Russian Internet. He participated in the creation of a number of the largest news editions, such as Lenta.ru, Gazeta.ru and Newsru.com, and led one of the most popular blogs in the Live Journal.

That night he died and will not show Venice. Only 51 years old is very young.

Today, many who sincerely write "this is a big loss for us." So for our family too. For me personally, this is the same “irreparable loss”, as is often written in necrologists. There is really no one to replace it. There is no such other person: the smartest, ironic, cheerful and ready to give the best advice.

Just a couple of weeks ago, they agreed to make a joint television project. We had to meet the other day, but we will not meet. It’s good that they broke up with friends. This spring, Anton was visiting my country house in France. He came to visit with his younger brother. We sat on the veranda until 2 a.m. They drank champagne and discussed all sorts of Internet deeds, joked and laughed a lot. I will miss Anton Borisovich.

The last time Anton contacted me on July 4, when he sent me a link to another post in defense of Telegram. I answered in silence, in the turmoil forgetting to congratulate Anton on his birthday.

Anton will not be enough. He was one of those rare people who thought clearly, clearly stated, willingly shared his knowledge and remained an optimist. He always supported me and many others, and we often forgot to support him in response.

Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to return to Anton the warmth that he shared with us. But we can store the memory of him and protect the principles that he defended, and follow his example - to support friends, share knowledge, and maintain optimism and sanity.
