Criminal investigation officers came to a minor detained for “subbotnik” in Zelenograd

One of those detained on July 8 for participating in a “campaign subbotnik” in Zelenograd (administrative district of Moscow) was visited by members of the criminal investigation department. The minor, who introduced herself as Svetlana, reported this to the OVD-Info hotline.

On July 8, four people were detained near the Zelenograd administration building. Everyone was taken to the Matushkino and Savelki police station. They drew up protocols on violation of the procedure for holding public events. Among them was Svetlana. Her father was accused of "failure to fulfill the obligations for the maintenance and upbringing of minors" (Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). One of the detainees later told OVD-Info that they were kept in different rooms for about five hours.

At the moment, it is not known what exactly the people who called themselves employees of the criminal investigation department demanded from Svetlana. Later, lawyer Anastasia Samorukova told OVD-Info according to Svetlana that those who came to Svetlana demanded that she put her phone away and not call anyone.

The administrative case of Svetlana will have to be considered by the commission on juvenile affairs.
