The Leningradsky District Court of the Kaliningrad Region issued several decisions on administrative cases filed against participants in the June 12 rally. According to the portal "Klops. Ru”, just last week the court considered ten administrative cases. Seven participants of the action were fined 10 thousand rubles.
Among those fined are Lev Orlov , as well as Alexander Duvanov and Stanislav Shishkin, who are described by the New Kaliningrad publication. According to the publication, Duvanov told the court that on June 12 he did not participate in the action, but went to celebrate the birthday of his relative's son. His fiancee and her father were detained, after which Duvanov entered the police bus to hand over his passport to his future father-in-law and was also detained. However, in the arrest report, the police officer wrote that Duvanov "participated in an unauthorized event using an umbrella."
The consideration of another administrative case was postponed, two cases were transferred to the Central District Court, including the case of Vadim Vaulin - according to New Kaliningrad, judge Olga Doroshenko, it took a long time to figure out which court had jurisdiction over the place where Vaulin was detained.
