The participants also stretched out banners with the words “ghetto deceived equity holders” and “thank you the authorities, we are homeless!”, Taiga.info correspondent reports on July 10.
The victims said that the action would last at least a week. They expect to attract the attention of city and regional authorities.
The police came to the tent camp. Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs warned the participants that the action was not agreed.
The 20-story residential complex River House began to build BKP-7 LLC in 2007. The work was frozen in 2009, on the site now only the foundation. The equity holders are talking about a hundred victims.
The Director of the BKP-7 Viktor Zavarin received four years for fraud-the court found that he raised more than 200 million rubles from equity holders in Zyryanovskaya. According to protesters, the businessman has already been released.
Recall that in June dozens of other deceived equity holders staged a hunger strike in Lenin Square in the center of Novosibirsk. Hundreds of people bought apartments in houses under construction at Tula according to preliminary contracts through the general contractor. Then the company was supposed to apply for a shared participation agreements to citizens, but as a result, only 190 depositors were able to receive a certificate of ownership of the apartments, and 178 remained out of work. The developer-“Baut Engine”-terminated the contract with the contractor back in 2016 due to the breakdown of the timing.
