In Russia, youth architectural biennale will be held

In October 2017, the first Russian youth architectural Biennale will be held in Tatarstan. Its participants - young architects from all over Russia - will express their view on the development of new city projects.

From October 12 to 14, 30 projects will show 30 projects to create a comfortable urban environment designed with the participation of young architects. The best of them will celebrate the international jury with special prizes.

Bennal will organize business and educational programs.

Projects of the finalists will compose the main exposition of Biennale and during 2017-2018 will be represented in Kazan, Moscow and other major cities of Russia.

“I see the main task of Biennale in helping young architects to prove themselves and at the same time draw the attention of regional authorities to the most promising of them. We offer the participants to answer the question: what should be the environment of our cities in order to come to them in order to live and work comfortably in them, ”says architect Sergei Choban, the curator and chairman of the international jury Biennale.
