The representative of the state prosecution, Maria Semenenko, asked the Moscow District Military Court to appoint Zaur Dadaev, found by the jury guilty of the murder of Boris Nemtsov, a punishment in the form of life imprisonment. This is reported by Interfax.

"I ask the court to apply an additional punishment against Dadaev in the form of deprivation of his title of lieutenant, as well as deprivation of his order of courage," said Semenenko. In addition, the state prosecutor asked Dadaev for 200 thousand rubles.

In addition, the prosecution asked Anzor Gubashev the final punishment in the form of 23 years, Shadida Gubashev - 21 years old, Temirlan Eskerkhanov - 19 years old, Hamzatu Bakhaev - 17 years in prison. Semenenko also asked to deprive Eskerkhanov the title of police ensign.

When making a sentence, the state prosecutor asked the court to take into account the totality of mitigating circumstances, in particular, positive characteristics and the presence of young children on dependent.

The defense of the defendants asked the court to enjoy its right to dissolve the college due to the absence of evidence of the involvement of the defendants in the crime in the case file, to love an acquittal due to the lack of corpus delicti in their actions.

"The court is deleted for the sentencing, which will be announced on July 13," Yuri Zhitnikov, presiding in the case, said on Wednesday.

On June 29, the jury of the recognized vascular, guilty of participating in the murder of Nemtsov and not deserving condescension. He, like the rest, was charged with paragraphs "Z", "s" of part 2 of Article 105 (murder for hire as part of an organized group) and part 3 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code (illegal turnover of weapons). The maximum punishment for the first of these accusations according to the Code is the death penalty (in connection with the moratorium on such a measure - a life sentence).

At the same time, Dadaev was considered proved by 10 jury, two spoke out against. When asked whether he deserves condescension, four members of the collegium positively answered.

Anzor Gubashev, the jury unanimously found guilty of the murder as part of the group. In the guilt of his brother Shadid, one member of the collegium doubted, Temirlan Eskerkhanova - two. Only eight jury considered proven guilt of Hamzat Bakhaev. For condescension to the Gubashev brothers, one jury spoke each, for Eskerkhanov - two, for Bakhaev - four.

Also, by a majority vote, the jury considered all the defendants guilty and not deserving on the issue of illegal turnover of weapons.
