Audio version of Taisiya Bekbulatova's report about Moscow Vice Mayor Anastasia Rakova
Anastasia Rakova, 41, a native of Khanty-Mansiysk, has been working as Moscow's vice-mayor for almost seven years. Formally, Rakova heads the mayor's office; in reality, it affects almost all political processes in the city and can interfere in the activities of various departments, sometimes in a very sharp form. It was Rakova who was involved in almost all aspects of the Moscow renovation program, in particular, organizing voting for and against the demolition of houses. Meduza presents an audio version of Taisiya Bekbulatova's text about Anastasia Rakova.
