The court fined Navalny's supporter 5 thousand rubles

The Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Barnaul fined Navalny's headquarters coordinator Artyom Kosaretsky for the May 13 picket. This was reported on the page of the local headquarters "VKontakte".

On July 12, Kosaretsky was detained by the police. They drew up a protocol against the activist under Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for holding a public event) and brought him to court, which fined the activist 5,000 rubles.

We submitted an application to the administration to hold this picket strictly at 8:00 am 15 days before it was held. But the administration refused because of an illegal picket of another party - on the same day, at the same place. On May 12, the court told the administration that the refusal was illegal and ordered that the decision be reconsidered.
