The co-author of the bill Andrei Alshevsky added that they will not create any regulatory structure, according to him, “will follow the purity of relations within the social network themselves.” However, the deputy said, the operators will have to create conditions so that users can complain about unlawful information, and it could be blocked “within a day”.
