
The chairman of the Chekmagushev interdistrict Bashkiria, Mazit Ikabaev, sentenced the five defendants in the Tables Jamaat case for up to 4 years 7 months of a general regime. The verdict made on June 30, only now reported by Prural.info with reference to the Bashkir FSB.
The main person involved in the case - 59 -year -old Ramiz Fashiev, received the greatest time. As the Voice of Islam later specified , Fashiev was one of the founders of the Mosa Mosque Mosque in the city of Dyurtuli. The defendant was announced guilty under part 1 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code (organization of activities of an extremist organization).
The remaining four accused were convicted of part 2 of the same article (participation in the activities of an extremist organization). 45-year-old Ilsur Makulov and 43-year-old Ildus Yangukhtin were sentenced to 2 years 7 months of a colony-settlement, 54-year-old Ramil Khamidullin-to 2 years old 5 months of a colony-settlement, 38-year-old Zafardzhon Zuvidov-to 2 years conditionally.

According to the plot of the case, the defendants organized the cell "Tables Jamaat" on the territory of the Dyurtyulinsky, Chekmagush and Ufa regions. They, according to the FSB, “secretly promoted the ideology of Islamic extremism” and involved new members into the cell in order to “establish world domination by spreading the radical form of Islam and create on the basis of regions with the traditionally Muslim population of the Unified Islamic State“ World Caliphate ”.
It is stated that the cell members “followed increased conspiracy measures during the meetings,” and the meeting with “foreign curators” was held in Pakistan, India and Bangladesh.
