According to the agency, shortly after the publication of a video with an appeal to Abdulatipov, containing obscene abuse of him, the author of the appeal Ravil Tangatarov publicly apologized, explaining that at the time of the recording of the appeal was impulsive. Later, another video with Tangatarov and a man who shot his video was published on the Internet: a T -shirt was torn from Tangatarov, both look beaten.

Next to them, two more men stand on the video, one of them calls himself the father of Tangatarov and reports that young people have already been “punished” for misconduct.
