The Magistrate's Court of Precinct No. 4 in Zelenodolsk (Tatarstan) fined Marcel Shamsutdinov, the leader of the republican branch of PARNAS, in the case of non-payment of a fine for participating in a gathering near the regional government building. This is reported by the publication "Business Online".
On March 4, about a hundred affected clients of Tatfondbank and Intekhbank came to the building of the government of Tatarstan to hand over a petition with demands to the leadership of the republic. Among them was Shamsutdinov. A week later, he was taken to police department No. 2 "Vishnevsky" from the hospital in order to draw up a protocol on an administrative offense under part 1 of article 20.2.
On March 13, the Vakhitovsky District Court of Kazan fined Shamsutdinov 10,000 rubles. The activist told Business Online that he went to the bank in early June, but was told that he had incorrect bank details. Then he sent a request to the Vakhitovsky District Court. Bailiffs from Zelenodolsk contacted him and said that he could come to them and pay the fine there. Shamsutdinov paid the fine on July 13, and was told that if he provided a receipt to the Vakhitovsky court, the case would be closed, since earlier this could not be done due to incorrect details. (Earlier, he proceeded from the fact that he must pay the fine by June 6.) The activist provided a receipt for payment, but the Vakhitovsky court did not accept it and asked him to go to the judicial station in Zelenodolsk, where, as a result, he was fined 20,000 rubles for non-payment .
A similar story happened on July 14 in Saratov: on March 26, Sergey Ryzhov, the applicant for the action, was brought to court in the case of non-payment of a fine for participating in an unapproved event. Despite the fact that Ryzhov explained that he paid the fine, but made a mistake in the details, the court ruled to arrest him for two days.
