In Saratov, the court canceled the fine for a participant in the rally on March 26

The Saratov Regional Court satisfied the appeal of Andrei Martsev, who demanded that the decision to bring him to administrative responsibility be cancelled. This was reported by the Svobodnye Novosti news agency, citing the activist's lawyer.

On June 5, the Volzhsky District Court imposed a fine of 10,000 rubles on Martsev. The Court of Appeal considered that the District Court did not give a proper assessment of the arguments of the defense, which is a violation. The Regional Court ordered that all procedural violations be eliminated.

A protocol was drawn up against Martsev on violation of the procedure for holding a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

On July 14, it also became known about the arrest of Sergei Ryzhov, one of the applicants for the March 26 action. The magistrate of one of the judicial districts in Saratov ruled to arrest Ryzhov for two days for non-payment of a fine for participating in an anti-corruption walk. At the same time, Ryzhov claimed that he paid the fine, but made a mistake in the details.
