In Gelendzhik, the police drew up administrative protocols on the residents of a house sent by the authorities for demolition, reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Krasnodar Territory. Interfax

The police charge them with Part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (participation in an unauthorized event that resulted in interference with the functioning of transport infrastructure). Punishment under this article provides for a fine of up to 20 thousand rubles or administrative arrest for up to 15 days.

Earlier today, residents of one of the houses in Gelendzhik blocked the M4 Don federal highway with coffins, protesting against the demolition of an apartment building that was erected without permission. They were holding posters: “Mayor Khrestin is taking away our housing” and “We trust only Putin.” After lengthy legal disputes, the Krasnodar Regional Court decided to demolish the 14-story building.
