On June 21, the judge of the Presnensky District Court of Moscow Tatyana Vasyuchenko arrested Malobrodsky for a period until July 19. It was reported that he was charged under part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud on an especially large amount committed by a group of persons), which provides for up to 10 years of the colony.
