Former employee of the 7th city hospital in Moscow, Nina Belyaeva, was detained in the building of the Meshchansky District Court, allegedly for hooliganism and obscene language. She was handcuffed to the Basmanny police station, activists of the Revolutionary Labor Party told OVD-Info.
Belyaeva came to the Meshchansky court for a ruling
to write off the fine that was imposed on her for a solitary picket near the Simonovsky District Court in 2013.
Nina Belyaeva has been trying to challenge her dismissal from the hospital for several years. She was repeatedly detained in court, where she came to get acquainted with the materials of the case, and subsequently arrested or tried to be sent to a psychiatric hospital.
