How in Russia they plant for drugs

More than a quarter of the total number of prisoners in Russia, were convicted by drugs related to drugs. On average, each of them is given five years of colony. At the same time, both human rights organizations and the accused themselves say that they judge in such cases often not distributors, but ordinary drug consumers who throw prohibited substances and knock out readings from them by force.
