People did not agree with them, claiming that Zakharchenko and, especially Prilepin, could hardly throw a similar trick on their own initiative. Among the possible authors, the ideas of “Little Russia” were most often called the name of the adviser to Russian President Vladislav Surkov , responsible for the Ukrainian direction of Russian politics and, among other things, the curator of the “DPR” and “LPR” in Moscow.
The story with the proclamation of Little Russia is not so bad. And with grin on Twitter, do not get rid of. Surkov, who disappeared not only from the informational, but also the power field, proposed a funny concept - to declare all of Ukraine the failed state and to flin the draft vassal education as the future part of Russia. Little Russia is part of the Russian Empire. That is, to go not according to the Crimean or Abkhazian, but according to the South Ossetian scenario with the subsequent union. Now do the type of GDR/Germany. Well, so that Putin approves. And the Minsk agreements are for the side. And indeed, some agreements ... It is obvious that the Kremlin approved. We will observe.

True, according to the Pushilin project, only Zhytomyr, Khmelnitskaya, Vinnitsa, Kiev, Cherkasskaya, Kirovograd, Sumy, Poltava and Chernihiv regions of Ukraine were to be included in the new “Little Russia”.
