
Human rights activist Alexei Glukhov discovered an accompanying note in the case of Yuri Sidorov , which states that things will be considered “not in turn”. The lawyer wrote about this on June 18 on his Facebook.
The author of the note is unknown. Chuvash social activists and bloggers, who commented on Glukhov’s post, suggested that the signature belongs to the deputy chief of the Cheboksary police. Others believe that someone from the leadership of the court could write a note. The note indicates the phone number, the “ 7x7 ” correspondent answered a male voice, he refused to call himself.
The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Chuvashia learned about the find of Glukhov from the correspondent " 7x7 ". Oleg Ashnin, the head of the information and public relations of the Chuvashia Ministry of Internal Affairs, said that not representatives of his department wrote a note.
- The fact that such a note came to me, of course, an accident. No one should see such notes, ”said human rights activist Alexei Glukhov to the 7x7 correspondent.
The administrative case of activist Sidorov was instituted for violating the established procedure for holding a rally on March 26. Lawyer Glukhov is sure that in a note the judge is instructed to consider several cases on the protesters at the same time in order to deprive them of the support of few human rights activists and lawyers in court. “On July 10, four cases were examined, and it all started at 16:00. Tomorrow, July 19, three cases will be examined, and everything is also at 16:00, ”writes Glukhov on a social network about administrative affairs on Chuvash activists.
On March 26, in Cheboksary, the city authorities did not agree on any of the sites for the anti -corruption rally. Therefore, activists joined their slogans to the environmental pickets of the “Young Guard of United Russia”, which occupied all possible sites for events. In April, the protesters were awarded fines for disobedience to the police orders, in July administrative cases began to re -start them.
