Barkemp-2017 in Kirov. How it was

In Kirov, on July 15, the second BarkeMP was held - an informal conference in which civil activists, experts, bloggers and social activists from several regions of Russia participated. The main theme of Barkeemba is “The openness of power is the openness of society”. The conference participants discussed the problems of access to open data and the tools that people can use to protect their rights.
