The verdict was passed by the Tobolsk district court, at the place of residence of one of the schoolgirls, who, under the influence of the now convicted Philip Lisa (under this name, was known on social networks) tried to die. Fortunately, the girl was taken to the hospital in time.

She testified to the investigation of how she began to perform some tasks in suicidal publics, how she then ended up in a closed group, how hard it was given to her to watch video files, which the fox administrator literally forced her to watch at night: “Gloomy, heavy music, black background, and then for a moment the screen flashes red, a person on the rails shows it, and then the train sews it up, and the train is flashed, and the train is flashed, and the train is out Again, crying and screeching, breaking the soul. " The fox told her that she was special, chosen, because she will never have friends, she must decide, and another life will begin - there he will meet her and lead her there ... But she was scared, and then the fox offered a “painless” option. When the girl asked: "What will happen if I can’t?" - The fox replied: then we will help, and not only to you. The fright of loved ones was the last straw.

In December 2016, in an interview with the “New”, the head of the department of the 1st department for the investigation of especially important cases of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for St. Petersburg, the head of the investigative group, which investigated the first criminal case to bring to suicide on the social network, Anton Braido , told.

The case in court was considered in a special order, since 22 -year -old Philip Budeikin fully pleaded guilty and involvement in two episodes. The second is connected with a girl from Astrakhan, who managed to save the FSB officers.

Thus, it was possible to prove the guilt of Budeikin precisely on those episodes that are associated with surviving children. With the dead - more difficult, the investigator told in the same interview about, in total, 15 children who made under the influence of the fox: “We sent instructions and went to different regions of Russia, conducted interrogations, checked all the connections of the adolescents who passed away. They watched their computers, versed in everything. We checked everything that is possible, and now we are still checking and looking at, but the problem is that they were implicitly subordinate to the administrators, and they demanded that the children destroy everything before the commission of suicide. We know that children, under the influence of these groups in the VK, cut their veins. Their psychological state has changed - I studied at school well, went to the section, and here in two months - apathy. He cooled to everything, was clearly in processing. The result is suicide. The page in the "VK" is cleaned. Parents saw that the child was sitting in VK, the hand was bandaged, said that these were jokes - draws. After death, they realized that they were not jokes, but the teenagers did not say anything and would never tell. And we need specifics to establish a causal relationship. ”

Budeikin himself, even before his arrest in an interview with Saint-petersburg.ru, said that he brought 17 teenagers to suicide-they died because he considered them a “biomusor”.

On June 7, the Russian President signed the law on tightening criminal liability for the creation of the so-called “death groups” on the Internet calling for minors to commit suicide (the document is published on the official Internet portal of legal information).

According to these amendments to the Criminal Code, Budeikin could receive up to 6 years in prison, but committed these crimes before the law entered into force.
