The Iskra Plant delivered 2 billion rubles for the first half of 2017 of 2017

For six months of 2017, the Novosibirsk Mechanical Plant “Iskra”, which is part of the Rostec state corporation, delivered 2040.8 million rubles. The production of the plant is loaded at full capacity.

The revenue for the first half of 2017 exceeded the planned indicator by 5.7%.

Commentary of the Deputy General Director for the production of Viktor Penkov: “In the first quarter of 2017, a difficult situation with orders of consumers of initiation funds was formed mainly due to the lack of products for the purchase of products. Nevertheless, the financial indicators of the enterprise for the 1st quarter of 2017: net profit amounted to 67.8 million rubles with a planned indicator of 20.1 million rubles. Revenue - 861.9 million rubles, profitability - 8%.

In June, the production of non -electrical initiation systems was loaded by 120%, in July we plan to reach 150%. In June, the production of detonating cords in June was 100% capacity, we will save the same indicators in July. The loading of production capacities through electric locomotives in June amounted to 110%, in July plans - 120%. In July, for the first time in 2 years, to meet the needs of the manufacture of the Iskra products and the shock-wave tube, the plant made a temporary reception of employees.

The immediate plans of the enterprise - obtaining a certificate of conformity to the new line of sports and hunting cartridges “Premium”. The policy of the plant in the field of production quality is aimed at obtaining long -term competitive advantages in the development, production and supply of products.

In the second half of 2017, we are waiting for the supply of equipment under previously concluded contracts, which will allow us to fulfill the previously planned plans for the modernization of production. Tasks in the field of modernization and technical re -equipment of production are determined primarily by the requirements of the market, as well as the rules of industrial safety and ecology, their implementation is a priority direction of development of the enterprise. ”

In total, the plant produces 118 items of products: initiation tools: non -electrical systems for Iskra initiation, detonating cords of various capacities, electric definators, intermediate detonators, non -electronic slowdown, radio systems, launch vehicles, connectors, pyrotechnic relay, system of fire explosions, spraying devices with a sprace device with a spray device blocking the explosive network, capric capsules; Hunting and sports cartridges.

The products of the enterprise have a certificate of compliance with the European standard to you (Germany) and is allowed for use in the countries of the European Union, delivered to mining enterprises of the Russian Federation, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Finland, Switzerland.
