In Blagoveshchensk, a citizen of Ukraine was arrested for ten days for a post with a swastika

On July 21, the Blagoveshchensk City Court arrested Daniil Pelikh for ten days of a citizen of Ukraine. He said that on July 20, a protocol under Art. 20.3 Administrative Code (propaganda or public demonstration of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols).

Pelich posted these pictures in January 2015 and November 2014.

The decision provides a statement by Pelich in court. He stated that one of the pictures depicted a skinhead with a toilet instead of a head and that he placed to express his “negative contemptuous opinion in relation to skinheads. In the second picture, the Dead Head, according to Pelich, was depicted on top of the image of smoking children and was designed to express a “negative attitude to smoking”.

Pelich also said that he was drawn up for a violation of the migration regime (Article 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). What punishment was made under this article and was it still unknown.

Earlier, according to Pelikh, it was reported that on July 13, he, together with his wife, in the police department, where they drew up a protocol on a violation of the procedure for holding a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for participation in the shares on June 12. The protocol says that Pelich "stood with friends, expressing the requirements for the fight against corruption." Whether a decision was made under this article is also unknown.

On July 13, the light was turned off in their apartment, Pelich called the police, after which the police came to them and took them to the department.

During the paperwork, the police asked activists not related to June 12 - they were interested in their Ukrainian relatives, persistently demanded that Pelich left Lugansk in Kharkov in 2012, found out how the couple met.
