Volunteer of Alexei Navalny's headquarters in Tambov, Andrei Polyakov, is left until the morning in police department No. 2. Diana Rudakova, coordinator of the headquarters, told OVD-Info about this.
Polyakov was detained on July 23 after leaving the special detention center, where he was serving an administrative arrest for non-payment of a fine in connection with the action # Tired of April 29. The activist was accused of taking photographs on the territory of the special detention center.
The trial in Polyakov's new administrative case is scheduled to take place on July 24. There is no connection with him. According to Rudakova, Polyakov's wife was able to contact him once. His comrades believe that a protocol was drawn up against him on disobedience to the lawful demands of police officers (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
On July 4, Polyakov was arrested for a day in connection with his detention at a solitary picket on June 28. On that day, he was detained twice: first, a protocol was drawn up under Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, and when he left the department, a man approached him and began to ask about his T-shirt with Navalny, after which Polyakov was again taken to the department and this time accused of petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), writing in the protocol that he scolded.
