Early in the morning, unknown persons with a bat broke into the Voronezh activist’s home and beat him up

In Voronezh today, July 23, at about 4 am, three unknown people broke into the house of civil activist Stanislav Egorov and beat him with a bat. Egorov himself spoke about this.

OVD-InfoAccording to Egorov, unknown persons knocked down the front door of his house while he was sleeping. They then woke him up by hitting him with a bat on his head and other parts of his body. In a conversation with Egorov, he clarified that he did not know the attackers.

OVD-InfoAccording to the activist himself, the attack is related to his protest activities, which he has been involved in recently in connection with violations committed during major repairs. Egorov suggests that the people who attacked him could have been hired by representatives.

Homeowners' Association Egorov is currently in one of the hospitals in Voronezh. Doctors diagnosed him with fractures to his nose, jaw and leg.
