TFR checks information about torture in the Bryansk neuropsychiatric boarding school

In conjunction with the prosecutor’s office, the TFR checks the video from the pipe neuropsychiatric boarding school, which captures the patients of the institution fastened with chains. This was reported on the website of the regional administration of the Investigative Department.

Reportedly, for this, employees of the TFR and the prosecutor's office arrived at the boarding school.

The website of the regional prosecutor’s office reports that as a result of the audit, “a legal assessment will be given the events depicted in the video, compliance with the rights of the boarding school, as well as the actions (or inaction) of the relevant officials of the medical institution.”

We are talking about the video "Bryansky hell for the disabled", which was published on June 22 by the local video blogger Alexander Kupriyanov, illuminating the state of medical institutions of the region.

According to Kupriyanov, he has repeatedly appealed to the authorities about the state of affairs in the boarding school and asks to consider the record as an appeal to law enforcement officers.
