In Tyumen, during an agreed-upon picket, the coordinator of Navalny's headquarters in the Tyumen region, Alexander Kunilovsky, and the volunteer of the headquarters, Alexander Maletin, were detained. Local activists reported this to OVD-Info by calling the hotline.
According to them, today an agreed-upon picket was held on Tsvetnoy Boulevard in Tyumen using a cube, the applicant of which was Kunilovsky. He stood at a distance from the cube and Maletin, who was distributing leaflets in support of Navalny's presidential campaign.
As soon as Maletin started handing out leaflets, about 10 people immediately approached the cube, some of whom were with cameras, and two were in police uniforms. According to the volunteers who reported the detention, some of these people were activists of the Young Guard of United Russia.
In the police department at Kunilovsky Street, a protocol was drawn up under Part 1 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for holding a public event by the organizer) and let him go home. Maletin was left in the department until the trial.
UPD. It is reported that the activists had not a cube, but a Roll up. Roll up is a sliding mobile stand with an automatic roll up mechanism.
