In Dagestan, the Minister was kidnapped

The Investigative Committee detained the abductors of the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Public Utilities of Dagestan Ibrahim Kazibekov. This is stated on the website of the department.

The abduction occurred on July 20. For the liberation of the minister, they demanded a ransom, the abductors were detained the next day while receiving part of the required amount - 30 million rubles. Ibrahima Kazibekov was released.

Men are suspected of abduction of a person (part 3 of Article 126 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), extortion (part 3 of Article 163) and illegal turnover of weapons (part 1 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
