A protocol was drawn up against the coordinator of Navalny’s headquarters in Chelyabinsk for the action of unknown persons

Aleksey Tabalov, the coordinator of the campaign headquarters of Alexei Navalny in Chelyabinsk, was charged with a protocol under Part 2 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Organization of a public event without notification) for an action held by unknown people. The district police officer came to the headquarters, Tabalov himself told OVD-Info.

We are talking about the action on July 14, when three people with posters “Navalny is our president” came out to the city administration building. According to the head of Navalny's election campaign, Leonid Volkov, on Facebook, they were detained after 30 seconds and taken to the department.

“At the police station, these three people testified that their “action” was organized by Navalny’s headquarters in Chelyabinsk, and they were immediately released. Needless to say, we don't know who it is; there is no evidence that such an action took place at all (only a description in the protocol); it has nothing to do with the headquarters, ”he wrote.
