The Zheleznodorozhny District Court of the city of Kemerovo did not find an offense under Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the demands of a police officer) in the actions of activist Vladlena Klokova. This was reported to OVD-Info by Olga Malyshkina.
On Thursday, Klokova was summoned to the police department to draw up a protocol against the activist under Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for organizing or holding a public event).
on July 25 in the morning Activists Vladlena Klokova and Pavel Samusenkov were detained for informing citizens in Cuba in support of Alexei Navalny and further picketing without a cube. The cube was taken away by the police. Samusenkov was released from the police department without a protocol being drawn up.
