Moscow City Duma deputy Alexei Mishin resigned as director of the Moscow Psychoneurological Boarding School (PNI) No. 16. On July 25, Meduza wrote that Mishin handed over to people from his entourage the apartments of two residents of PNI No. 30, which he until recently headed.
Information about Mishin's dismissal was confirmed to Meduza by the head of the Moscow Department of Labor and Social Security, Vladimir Petrosyan.
“He wrote a statement, and I issued an order,” he said.
Mishin's representative, Anastasia Minashkina, told Meduza that she was not aware of his dismissal. Mishin himself refused to talk to Meduza.
- Aleksey Mishin is the guardian of Roman Bogomolov and Elena Ilyinskaya, residents of PNI No. 30, who were declared legally incompetent. An employee of the boarding school, to whom Mishin transferred the right to act on their behalf, entered into life-rent agreements, according to which the apartments of Bogomolov and Ilyinskaya should go to Svetlana Dasaeva (Mishin's assistant) and Kristina Volkova (daughter of one of the former PNI employees) respectively. At the same time, according to documents from the state register, the apartments are already in their ownership.
- After the publication of Meduza, the Moscow mayor's office announced that they intended to obtain the return of their apartments to Roman Bogomolov and Elena Ilyinskaya through the courts. Aleksey Mishin said , in turn, that he was going to submit deputy requests to the investigating authorities for the "disclosure of personal data" of the boarding school's wards. He did not comment on the essence of what was happening.
