A court in Kemerovo fined an activist who campaigned for Navalny

A court in Kemerovo has fined Vladlena Klokova, an activist in the headquarters of Alexei Navalny, 10,000 rubles. She was found guilty of violating the rules for holding a public event (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for an action with a campaign cube, reports . Mediazona

As an employee of the headquarters, Ksenia Pakhomova, told the publication, the court ordered the return of the seized banners and the cube.

Vladlena Klokova was detained on July 25 for informing citizens in Cuba in support of Navalny and further picketing without a cube. The cube was taken away by the police.

Protocols were drawn up against the activist under Art. 20.2 and part 1 of Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Disobedience to the lawful order of a police officer). On July 25, the court terminated the proceedings on the case of disobedience, not finding the corpus delicti.
