Students of Moscow State University against fan zone

At the main building of Moscow State University, the authorities plan to organize a fan zone for 40 thousand fans of the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Almost 2.5 billion rubles were allocated for the reconstruction of the territory from the budget. Activists of the initiative group of students and teachers of Moscow State University are confident in the illegality of such a project. On July 27, they challenged the tender for reconstruction in the Federal Antimonopoly Service. The online patrol against the fan zone near the Moscow State University was signed by more than 7 thousand people.
