A new case of calls for terrorist activities regarding anarchist Ilya Romanov, who was serving a nine -year term in the terrorism case, was instituted as a result of the provocation of the jailers. This was reported by an employee of the civil rights committee, the ex -wife of Politsek Larisa Romanova.
Since February, Romanov has been in a prison hospital. One of the prisoners contained there had a tablet. On May 3, he several times invited the anarchist to go on the Internet.
“Only Romanov went into the account, as the opera flew into the window. The door! The door was too long and loud to unlock, Ilya would have managed to get out of the Internet,” Romanova says. “Everything happened very quickly, besides, Ilya was one -armed, he could simply throw it on the bed. He did not have time to leave the account.”
In the FB account of the Voldemar Putiniana , created for Romanov, since March his cartoons on Vladimir Putin began to be published. There were several videos in it, including the “witchcraft”. “In it, Ilya Romanov’s voice appeals to the otherworldly forces. Walpurga Night, candles are lit, a plot is pronounced so that Putin is not,” says Romanova. It suggests that different people had access to this account. Romanova doubts that the anarchist could independently lead him, given that he is one -armed and poorly versed in computer technology.
A certain prohibited video was placed in the same account. On it, women from Chechnya are calling for the "struggle against kafirs." The video is equipped with subtitles in Hebrew. It is he who formed the basis of the prosecution under Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code (public calls for terrorism). Romanova emphasizes that her ex -husband has always been a convinced atheist, was never interested in the Middle East.
"Ilya himself believes that the FSB and Federal Penitentiary Service of Mordovia were inspired by the avalanche of his complaints and statements. Firstly, he and lawyer Evgeny Gubin won several lawsuits against the FSB to violations of the investigation in Nizhny Novgorod. Secondly, Ilya won the European Court of 3400 euros for unreasonably long detention (3 years and 3 months). Thirdly, Ilya sued IK-22, appealed illegal penalty and went to the cassation instance of the Supreme Mordovia in April 2017.
After the operation with the anarchist’s tablet, he was sent to the schizo, then from the prison hospital they returned to the colony and there was placed in a chamber -type room .
On June 27, an investigator of the FSB on Mordovia Makeev came to Romanov and said that anarchist had a new criminal case of calls for terrorism. The anarchist refused to testify, referring to the 51st article of the Constitution, and demanded a meeting with a lawyer. Romanov was transferred from IK-22 strict regime, located in the village of Lepley, the Zubovo-Polyansky district, in the pre-trial detention center-1 in Saransk.
Nizhny Novgorod Romanov was arrested in the fall of 2013 after an unsuccessful experiment with pyrotechnics, as a result of which he lost his left hand. Along with the attempt on the Romanov terrorist attack, preparation was charged with justification of terrorism. Politzek himself pleaded guilty only in the illegal storage of explosives and the illegal turnover of ammunition.
