In Irkutsk, the police came to the pre -election headquarters

On July 28, the police came to the election headquarters of Alexei Navalny in Irkutsk. This was reported on the Navalny team in Irkutsk on the VKontakte social network.

Activists write that five policemen came to the headquarters “because of the telephone message of a certain citizen”, in which he complained that “he was forced to distribute leaflets that he was given at the headquarters.”

The police examined the headquarters, drew up a detailed inventory and seized a notebook, into which activists record the number of visitors and distributed stickers with an advertisement for the Navalny election campaign.

As a result of this visit, according to activists, the picket was broken, which they planned on Uritsky Street, where, according to them, “15 people from various power departments stood”. “Thank you very much, comrades police, for coming to guard us! But, alas, we could not come, since at that time your colleagues at our headquarters seized a notebook, ”the Navalny team said on the page.

A day earlier, four volunteers of the Irkutsk headquarters were detained near the campaign cube on Uritsky Street and during single pickets near the Babr sculpture. The detainees in Cuba were released without protocols, but leaflets and newspapers were taken from them. The detainees during single pickets were accused of violating the rules of pickets: supposedly the distance between the picketers were less than 50 meters laid according to the law. True, the activists themselves claim that we are talking about the moment when no one in the picket stood, and volunteers simply took materials from each other.
