The court fined and arrested the deputy Reznik for participating in the anti -corruption rally

On July 28, the Dzerzhinsky District Court arrested the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg Maxim Reznik for 10 days and fined 11 thousand rubles. This was reported on Twitter by Anton Gorbatsevich.

The deputy was detained for shares, which took place on June 12 on the Marse Field, but released without a protocol. A little more than a month later, on July 25, Reznik was summoned to 78 police department.

“I was called the senior inspector of the Center for the Organization of the Administrative Legislation of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, Kirill Golodnaya and invited me to draw up protocols to the 78th police department under Articles 20.2 (a violation of the public event of the meeting) and 19.3 (police resistance), the Reznik said.

As a result, three protocols were drawn up - one under Article 20.2, and two - under article 19.3.

All three cases were considered by Judge Vladimir Vasyukov, who, according to the publication "ZAKS.RU", in 2008, acted as an prosecutor at the process against Reznik, who was then accused of attacking policemen. Vladimir Vasyukov was a senior assistant to the prosecutor of the Central District.

Now the judge stated that Reznik “campaigned with a yellow duck” , and in the video watching, which confirms that the police were not presented, detained people, found gluing, so they could not correlate the video with the event, wrote in Twitter Pavel Smolyak and photographer David Frenkel. Frenkel was deleted from the meeting - allegedly came too close.

A fine of 10 00 rubles was appointed under Article 20.2, in the first case under Article 19.3, Reznik was also fined - a thousand rubles, according to the third - the same article 19.3 - arrested.

On June 12, about 658 people were detained at an anti-corruption rally in St. Petersburg. By mid -June, 330 people received fines and/or arrests.
