Aziz Alviev, ex-security guard Isa Yamadayev, a former security officer from the Vostok battalion Beslan Zakaraev and his neighbor Shamkhan Magomadov received 6.5 years in prison.

In this case, Alviev, Zarayev, Magomades could not answer almost one clarifying question. They did not remember where they hid the weapons, they called different dates of meetings, could not outline the plan of attempt, sometimes completely contradicted each other.

Materials regarding Isa Yamadayev, the brother of the Chechen security officials of Ruslan and Sulim Yamadaev, who were determined by the “customer” in 2008-2009, were identified in a separate production and transferred to the military investigation.

It became known about the initiation of attempts on the attempt on Kadyrov at the end of January of this year. It was claimed that the murder was prepared in the spring of 2016 in the Nozhai-Yurt district of Chechnya. In May in Nozhai-Yurt, as well as Kurchaloevsky, Gudermes and other areas, mass detentions passed.

As the New Gazeta wrote, on January 23, 2017, three Chechens were detained in Gudermes, who called Yamadaev's attempt by the organizer. At the same time, various inconsistencies were found in their testimony. In particular, Alviev says that he discussed a conspiracy with Yamadaev in May last year in the suburbs. Meanwhile, in fact, at this time, Yamadaev was abroad.

Rosbalt also reported that in reality all three were detained not in January, as indicated in the case file, but much earlier. Zakaraeva and Magomadov, according to their relatives, Kadyrovites stole in May 2016. Alviev went to Moscow a little later and also disappeared.

In April, the Chechen Directorate of the Investigative Committee in absentia charged Yamadaev under Articles 30 - 105 of the Criminal Code (attempted murder) and put it on the international wanted list. A few days later, the Staropromyslovsky district court of Grozny arrested Yamadaev in absentia .

The conflict of the Yamadaev family with Kadyrov began in the late 2000s. On September 24, 2008 , the eldest of the brothers, the former deputy military commandant of the occupied Chechnya and the ex-deputy of the State Duma from United Russia Ruslan Yamadaev, was shot dead in Moscow. At the end of March 2009, a second brother was killed in Dubai - the ex -commander of the Battalion of the Vostok internal troops Sulima Yamadayev. On July 28, 2009, an attempt was made on Yamadayev Jr., but the hired killer was neutralized and detained.

In August 2010, Isa Yamadaev announced reconciliation with Kadyrov .
