According to Podtoptanny, the residents of the district had to discuss with the deputy the problems of their plots and apartments, which, according to the General Plan, were marked as the territory of the Ministry of Defense and in the future may become the property of the military. However, Belik was unable to attend the meeting and asked the correspondents of the First Sevastopol TV channel to record the stories of the residents.
While people were giving interviews to journalists, the head of the Kachinsky municipality, Nikolai Gerasim, began calling the social activist, who, according to her, threatened her with the police and the prosecutor's office for organizing an unsanctioned rally.
Despite Podtoptannya's attempts to explain to Gerasim that the meeting was organized not by her, but by the deputy and his assistants, the head of the municipality called the police and refused to communicate with the deputy's assistant.
“He shouted like a victim and insisted that he would not call the assistant for clarification, and allegedly Dmitry Anatolyevich Belik, according to him, should personally call him and inform him,” the social activist described the reaction of the head of the municipality.
Police officers took explanations from Podtoptannya, journalists and three other women who had not yet left by the time the police arrived.
