Poland: Memory Dance

First from the official one. On June 22 (remember what the date is connected with?) The Seim of Poland (their State Duma) voted to make amendments to the law adopted in April last year on the ban on the propaganda of communism or another totalitarian system in the names of buildings and objects. In addition to purely declarative formalities, such as renaming, the ban on re -release of a number of books, monographs, albums, etc., the document provides for specific actions - the demolition of monuments of the Soviet era. The adoption of the amendments was supported by the overwhelming majority of parliamentarians - 408 deputies voted in favor, only seven people spoke out against, and another 15 abstained. That is, the vast majority of folk representatives decided to untie with the general socialist past. No assessments, only a statement.

According to the adopted amendments, within 12 months from the moment the law comes into force, monuments and other similar objects must be demolished, which pay tribute to persons, organizations, events or dates symbolizing communism or other totalitarian system. There are about 500 such monuments on the territory of Poland. An important point - the law will not affect monuments located in cemeteries or territories of other burials, objects that are not displayed for public review (or are demonstrated for scientific purposes, or as works of art) and objects included in the register of architectural monuments.

It seems to be followed by decency. If it were not for ... under many monuments to the fallen Soviet wars, which were erected in times of common love and friendship (written with light sarcasm) in public public places, the dust of our soldiers is really resting. They simply forgot about this ... How they forgot in Arkhangelsk that the eternal fire on the embankment was lit over the grave of an unknown soldier. Or did not forget ... But the law is adopted in this form - they can only stand behind the fence of the graveyard. In order not to embarrass ... who?!

Let's figure it out. Poles historically do not like Russia. Even from the 17th century, when they were drowned from the Kremlin for giving our calves (read in some kind of culinary book). Semiboyarshchina, “Romanovs to the Kingdom!”, Time of Troubles ... Well, you remember. And then for a long time, half the country under the Russian Empire - a real slap in the face of national self -awareness.

Even the Poles really do not like the Germans. Also under them have passed for centuries ... Plus occupation in the Second World War. And the realization that two large powers in the last war simply played them. Like in the howling. All this is to me pan Leshki (a relative from the Polish side) on the road from the New York airport named after Kennedy laid out, adding: "But the worst is still the Jews ." Of course, I answered him, it did not seem a little. But a little later.

So why did the Poles take up up up on us with their dislike for two nations (they had sorted out their Jews for a long time - in Poland there were less than a thousand left, fled from there at least the ends of the world, to South Africa, but now it does not apply to business)? Because they feed from the Germans - in Germany, the profession of plumbing bears the unofficial name "Marek". With Russia after perestroika, when all of Poland for our first shuttles was one large clothing market (and for the lads of foreign gangster raspberries ), economic relations are only declining. Yes, there are ethnic marriages ... And with whom they are not?

Of course, the Russian parliament was indignant and called what was happening by egregious blasphemy . Especially the date of adoption of the law - after all, on June 22, 1941, the Germans attacked us from Polish territory. And this is the infrequent case when I share the emotions of our deputies. My father freed Poland, was very close to Auschwitz-Birkenau, a wound in his leg ... He had every chance of lying in Polish land. And you would have read these lines then.

The Poles have an account for us for that war. For Katyn, a lot of talks ... And much less for the Warsaw Uprising of 1944, when Zhukov gave the troops an order to stand at the border and wait for how it all ends there. The only case, the case when the Marshal-Marshal was concerned about the savings of his soldiers. Meanness, say? But was it not meanness from the Poles to observe with interest how the Warsaw ghetto burned in the 43rd, and even take the Jews who escaped from there to the Gestapo for the Reichsmarks? For your deeds, may it be rewarded in good faith ...

I willingly believe that the Germans on their territory are those that they created. Only the Poles did not yet know that they would have socialism, contrary to the most possessive trade spirit (they themselves explained to me), the Soviet military bases, a binding to an ineffective economy under the society of society, a new morality, often incomparable with the moral of Catholic, and so on, and so on. No, it will be weak. It is necessary to hit more eagerly so that the Polish people hate their own government with the people's deputies in addition. But how? Then the times (80s) came when they came to us at least for something ... 40 pairs of scissors were taken out. Well, now? Unless residents of the Kaliningrad Enclave at the local legislative level prohibit trade warriors in the border Polish regions, and at the same time in Lithuania. And you look at what migration will begin from there, because up to a third of the population of the region lives with this fishing. That's who will really be bad. The Poles will survive, in extreme cases, the European Union will support.

Economics: Golden railway

But the paradox-this business woman with nostalgia recalls itself, the nomenclature-Soviet. And the point is not only in sadness in the departed youth and health. “You don’t understand ... We were among the elected then ... And now any apartment in this house will buy an apartment, it is not clear who you will find yourself at the same table on vacation.” No, I can’t understand them ... never.

But talking about something else. What were the railways under the Soviet regime? Sloped wagons with windows, tightly closed in the summer heat, which miraculously ceased to close immediately after the onset of cold weather. Poorly washed sheets with traces from the first wedding night (sorry, to whom she ruined breakfast). Beautiful young guides with whom it pulls the romance? Only in the cinema ("34th fast"). In real life, there is a rude maturity: "Yes, you go to w ... u with your tea, warm at home." Railway catering ... This is a separate song. I am so ancient that I found a full menu in restaurant wagons. But by the beginning of the Mosfilm film expeditions, they moved to the heating of the semi -finished products in the foil, when the visitor did not eat, and the service staff cannot be welded. Accordingly, the staff rolled up to the last drunks.

And also the queues to the railway cash desks. Endless queues. To have a blat there was equal to the prestige of the form at the box office of the Bolshoi Theater. Very inexpensive tickets ... But still, a country connected by the passport regime of seduction (registration) during the criminal punished private initiative was constantly moving somewhere. Where? I still have not solved the riddle ...

It was elementary to overcome that ticket deficit - to let additional trains, regulate passenger traffic in high seasons, to establish a flexible pricing policy so that a person can always leave with money, and the poverty would think about whether it is worth acting. Didn't do it. Probably, everyone suited. Just not passengers.

And yet. Railway transport in the USSR was unprofitable. Like air. Like the metro, Trolleibu-tramva buses (I'm not sure about a taxi). That is, there could be only one income in this area - the left. Therefore, the supply of even the deputy minister was strictly dosed, and we all paid indecently low salaries for those unreasonably low prices.

And now everything has changed (with the advent of capitalism). I remember first ticket prices took off ... and even began to compete with the air. It got better with a catering. Branded trains with pre -revolutionary names appeared. In addition to them - a compartment and even entire wagons for wealthy. And the people travel, in the summer with tickets a problem.

But, nevertheless, the railway is not oil, not gas, or even aluminum. So tell me - where, from where, the hell ...?!

Everyone remembers that Vladimir Yakunin led Vladimir Yakunin for many years with a natural monopoly. Which was once even put on a list of possible successors. Around which there were rumors about the inconspicuous wealth. From what kind of bite?! Gazprom-I see, Lukoil-too, Severstal-more or less. But Russian Railways ... from the laundry, or what? Ah, yes, metal - both steam locomotives, and used rails. But not on the same scale?!

Just in those. Yakunin turned to British firms with an order to protect him from anti -corruption investigations. How ... to soak the main exposure in the person of Alexei Navalny? And it is indicative, with particular cruelty, so that others are disgraced. Or find a detailed justification of its honest origin for each kilogram of gold - “everything was earned by overwhelming labor + compensation for unused vacation”?

It turns out that these are internal English affairs. Some British publications are looking for villas recorded on Russian top managers (derivative of oligarchs), other legal firms excuse them. Our law enforcement agencies believe the last, the people are the first. These are the rules ...

How to deal with it? Yes elementary! The investigation of the journalist ceased after Borisovich reached the Eden House mansion, bought by the son of Yakunin Andrei through the Panama company for 4.5 million pounds. After that, Mishcon de Reya sent warnings to journalists who said an illegal campaign against Yakunin and violation of the law.

Well, what? Can't a rich man afford some weaknesses ? Maybe. On that capitalism is built - for your money you can afford FSE . This is logical and correct. If not for one nuance. I seem to guess. These are kickbacks from thousands of such private firms that have sucked in the Russian Railways, which I described at the very beginning. Someone linen, someone, a flag, someone who has served the deadline for rails-shpala, and someone just supplies tea in bags. Such a perverted business alliance with the state ... However, the matter is quite ordinary. Now, if at the head of the Russian Railways was not a hired worker, but the owner was a completely different matter. And so ... The fish rots from the head - otherwise we did not know.

Yakunin was not loved in Russian Railways. Not company management, but employees in the field . He was considered a non -professional, set to hide . But in our country there is one criterion of professionalism ... And you know it.

He wants, and the journalists will shut up - this is not their British thing ...

For the second half of the week, Arkhangelsk Okhal-Akhal about the natural cataclysm, which fell into the city on Wednesday. The Internet was full of photographs of the streets of the regional capital, which once turned into Venetian canals (alas, some users have not learned to write the word “gondola” correctly, confusing it with the common name of the famous rubber product). The entrances of some houses (mainly five-story buildings) have become similar to the scenery of the catastrophe.

By the way, I myself have repeatedly been surprised whose architectural thought projects the entrances of local typical houses without two or three steps when entering the house. So sure that the trouble will bypass? Here are the figures ...

And, pepper, swearing to the local authorities - why is the storm work so badly ?! And you look at how Moscow swims this summer! Already there, believe me, they monitor the condition of the streets, they shift the asphalt four times in one place. And the European capitals, it happens, is drowning, and American cities - you watch the news more carefully. Because a cataclysm.

At first there was a deputy in economics and finances (in our conditions a firing position). Then he moved to the deputy on strategic planning. In general, some kind of abstraction (on the unprofessional look of a non-manager). A friend of my youth, a well-known media prisoner Andrei Vasiliev (ORT, Kommersant, Citizen Poet), the charter once to work on Berezovsky, went to Yukos to Khodorkovsky. And he headed a similar department of strategic special projects (with a pretty salary of several green pieces per month). He was engaged in a different garbage, which he invented for himself - for example, a strategy for privatization of areas of the lunar surface (by golly, I do not joking). And he didn’t know the grief ... until the woman again called under his banner before the presidential election ... But this is a completely different story.

I don’t know what strategy Alexei Petrovich developed (all the jokes climb into my head), but from this completely nonsense place (tea, not the agricultural sector) he moved altogether - a representative office of the Arkhangelsk region in Moscow. Moreover, without losing the status (the deputy governor remained) and, I suspect, in the salary. But I changed the city to ... let's say, more equipped. And the study changed. The one who is away from the chef is the dream of most subordinates, especially officials.

Before we had time to discuss this, suck, get rid of, as Grishkov leaves again. Now now. No policy, he says, I want to return to science. But was he in it - the meticulous observers ask, leafing through the official’s biography - from the mechanic of the ship 2 category to the Metal -Invest manager? But it doesn’t matter ... A person wants - it means that he has the right. Remember how the president sternly said to pathos officials - either scientists of the title, or civil service. The choice is made, the condition is observed.

As it usually happens, assumptions about the causes immediately fell. And the discord with the governor, and the newly arising interest of the bodies in the very disappeared Toyota with a certain amount, and the tempting career proposal from large federal structures (love ours in the Ministry of Culture), and even a formidable way-here it has begun ...

In fact, I am not at all interested in the future of Grishkov - we are not close with him (and are not even familiar with). Somehow I am not worried about him, he clearly earned a state official’s pension. I am interested in the place of the head of the representative office of the Arkhangelsk region in Moscow. Actually, it is correctly called under the government of the Russian Federation , but the essence is precisely in the first. Know Moscow, all the necessary approaches, as they say, in the office to the minister with a half -pike. Well, if in the Kremlin ... In general, there will be no price.

Кстати, именно этот подозрительный и вороватый тип невольно дал понять, какие функции лежат на руководителе представительства региона в Москве (правда, с извращённой, коррумпированной точки зрения). Помните ту пресловутую видеосъёмку скрытой камерой, на которой он вручает похожему на человека губернатору… то есть, наоборот, нечто зелёное в пачке? Там был сопроводительный текст… примерно такой – это вам на подарки нужным людям . And what? Я ещё в советские времена слышал, как из северных регионов везли в Москву подарки нужным людям – сёмгу, пыжиковые шапки, унты и т.д. У меня ещё тогда было ощущение, что посадка Гудовичева в 2008-м как-то связана с той знаковой записью… кто-то из этих двоих должен был ответить. Но не жалко его. Never.

При Якуте (Михальчуке) был Мирелли. Ни разу не итальянец, абхаз. Специалист самого широкого профиля… рабочий аптеки, закончивший текстильный институт, в чём только себя не пробовал – и в торговле, и в энергетике, и в малоэтажном строительстве. Потом присосался к Станиславу Говорухину (не к Комитету по культуре, но к Народному фронту… поближе к Путину), где, говорят, и пребывает до сих пор.

Не итальянец, говорите… об этом Михалыче ходили слухи, что он не столько управляет Представительством, сколько надзирает за Михальчуком от столичной братвы . Той, которой он долю засылал от щедрот своих архангельских. Насчёт лоббистских возможностей не уверен, но люди этого типа (мафиозно-кланового) имеют подвязки где угодно. Возможно, что ту встречу с президентом, поставившую крест на губернаторстве Якута (памятное похлопывание по потной ручке), продавливал именно он. Хотел, как лучше, а получилось… да хрен с ними обоими.

При губернаторе Орлове Представительство перешло к Владимиру Щелокову. Набираю имя-фамилию в интернете… выдаёт какого-то музисполнителя , явно не того. Уточняю запрос… бывший политрук из ПВО, по деятельности после отставки больше похож на безопасника. Перешёл на работу в «Белкомур»… думаю, до того момента, пока там не начнётся какая-никакая конкретика.

И вот Гришков, как временная единица. А кто вообще нужен нашему Представительству?

Тот, кто хорошо встречает, размещает, угощает, провожает. Но - и это главное - кто хорошо ПРЕДСТАВЛЯЕТ. What does it mean? Перед таким человеком открываются двери… не все, но большинство. Его, по крайней мере, выслушивают. Например, известного артиста…
