Jeanne Moren was born in 1928 in Paris, studied at the Higher National Conservatory of Dramatic Art. In 1947 she debuted at the Avignon Theater Festival, she was soon admitted to the Comedy Frances troupe, becoming the youngest actress in the history of the theater.
In early 1950, she began to act in films, worked with such directors as Louis Mal, Michelangelo Antonioni, Luis Bunuel, Francois Truffo, Peter Brook, Bertrand Blier, Rainer Werner Fassborder, Luke Besson, Vim Wenders, Francois Ozon.
In the filmography of the actress there are more than 130 paintings, including the “Lift on the Apsy” (1957) and “Lovers” (1958) Malya, “Night” (1961) and “Behind the Clouds” (1995) Antonioni, “The Diary of the Maid” (1964) Bunuel, “Jules and Jim” (1961) and “The bride was in black” (1966) Trufffo, “Valsing” (1974) Blue, “Kerel” (1982) Fassbinder, “Farewell Time” (2005) Ozone.
Also, Jeanne Moro was the director of several films, in 1983 he headed the jury of the Berlin International Film Festival.
Laureate of many film awards, including the “Golden Palm Branch” of the Cannes Festival, prizes of film festivals in Venice, Berlin and Moscow, Oscar, Cesar, Bafta .
