In the Tver District Court, a preliminary meeting was held in the case of Dmitry Gerekin, who is accused of applying violence against an employee of the Russian Guard on the rally on March 26 in Moscow. This is the fourth criminal case that has reached the court based on the results of the dispersal of the protest on Tverskaya.
Earlier, Yuri Kuli , Alexander Shpakov and Stanislav Zimovets - those detained there and also accused of violence against the Rosgvardeis - received real terms of imprisonment from 8 months to 2.5 years.
In the narrow corridor of the first floor of the Tver District Court, two groups of people are an eternal line in the office and about fifteen journalists and oppositionists who came to support Dmitry Gerekin, the next defendant of “Case 26”. At the preliminary meeting of the Strikin process, they are given with a forty -shock late.
Strikina, a tall young man with a pleasant face, in dark jeans and a T -shirt, long hair and shaved temples, quickly leads a group of bailiffs to a small courtroom. The audience applauds him, and the prisoner’s mother immediately manages to touch her son, and a smile appears on her face for a short while.
The meeting is closed, all gathered remain in the corridor. Only the lawyer of the Agora Ilnur Sharapov is allowed into the courtroom. The bailiffs demand to go beyond the court of one of those present - a man with a badge against the war of Russia with Ukraine - for shooting in the court building without accreditation. The opposition in high colors spoke with the bailiffs and refused to leave. The bailiffs did not insist.
“He is kept in terrible conditions,” says Dmitry Gerekin, Virinea Skobelev, the OWD-info. - My son does not smoke, but in the cell where he is, many smoke. The feeding is very bad. There are 12 people in the cell, there are not enough sleeping places. Sleep in turn, on the floor. In the pre -trial detention center, Vodnik does not have an electronic queue. To get on a date or make a program, you need to stand for days. Fights arise in the lines. ”
Skobeleva says that her son had never participated in political events before, went to Tverskaya under the impression of the film “He is not Dimon for you”.
Skobelev and her son came to support Irina Andriyevskaya, mother of Dmitry Borisov, who was also detained on Tverskaya on the same day and also accused of violence against the Rosgvardisian. Borisov is also in the Wolodnik pre -trial detention center.
Andrievskaya says that her son previously participated in protests: Borisov had two administrative fines, in 2013 and 2014, and both times he was detained on agreed shares.
According to Andriyevskaya, her son is attributed to the police resistance during the detention, although he simply went to the attic floor (he was detained in a private house in the suburbs) to write in social networks that they came for him.
For unclear reasons, investigators Rustam Gabdullin and Alexander Uranov, known for the “Swamp case”, came out of the Borisov case. Borisov’s case was transferred to Alexei Severilov, who had previously been engaged in the case of Nadezhda Savchenko.
“The video shows that when the son was delayed, there were no screams in the square, no one resisted the Russian Guard. When they came up, they did not introduce themselves, did not put forward any demands, but simply beat and dragged, ”says Andrievskaya.
“The video showed that he was beaten first, he lies, grouping. And then five people carry it. And at that time, he allegedly inflicts two blows on the head with one of the supporters, - Andrievskaya describes evidence against his son. - There are two videos, and why the operational shooting was interrupted is not clear. They carry him on one video, and on the other someone’s leg in jeans is not necessarily Dima! “Passing by took the riot police helmet.”
Both Borisov and Hasykin have the main evidence-video and testimonies of law enforcement officers and law enforcement officers.
The closed meeting was short -lived, and lawyer Sharapov went outside to comment on reporters. He said that in essence the case will be considered on August 8, Strikin for six months extended the content in custody.
Sharapov also filed a motion to exclude the evidence against strong video recording, as it was copied into the case file from the flash drive of a police video camera without the presence of the expert necessary according to the rules of the expert. Accordingly, one cannot be sure that the video is not mounted. To this, judge Alexander Merkulov replied that the petition would be considered during the process.
True, Sharapov told the OVD-Info that the video attached to the case does not answer the question of what Venkin actually did on Tverskaya. It was removed from the back and does not confirm the version of Strikin that he hit the club with his foot, nor the version of the victim Rosgvardein that Strikin hit his leg with his foot.
