The coordinator of Navalny's headquarters in Yoshkar-Ola, Vadim Kremnev, told 7×7 that the Ministry of Justice did not agree on campaign cubes on August 1, 2 and 3 because of the actions of "citizen Ustyugova" in the same place.

In July, the administration of Krasnoyarsk did not agree on the installation of cubes in the places proposed by the activists, for various reasons.
