As part of the hydraulic tests, Sibeko experts identified 1109 weakened places on pipelines, which is a total of 100 defects more than in 2016. It was possible to conduct a more thorough check of the heat -power networks for density and strength due to the introduction of additional stages of testing and reducing the size of the tested zones.
It should be noted that an increase in the number of defects of identified defects reduces the risks of technological disorders on pipelines and undesirable disconnects of heating and hot water supply to consumers in the autumn-winter period.
Of the 1109 defective sections, 848 has already replaced the pipeline in an operational manner, the remaining places of damage are planned to be repaired by August 25. When performing repair work, the priorities of power engineers were those sections of the heating systems on which the supply of hot water supply subscribers depends. In order to high -quality and operational elimination of defects arising under the carriageway of roads or under other cramped conditions, SIBECO specialists used complex technical solutions.
For example, the method of pushing under the ground was replaced by pipelines of large diameters of 1000 and 800 mm under the streets of Nikitin-Autogenous and under Trollenaya Street. To clarify the place of damage underground, the methods of digital diagnostics and the controlled wheelglaase launched into the pipe were widely used.
Particular attention was paid to SIBECO specialists to implement an integrated approach to optimizing the deadlines for hydraulic tests. In the framework of this activity, the energy sector carried out repair work around the clock, used mobile pumping stations and introduced new technological developments. Thanks to the measures ongoing, the deadline for disconnecting subscribers from the hot water during hydraulic tests was on average 10-11 days: this indicator is one of the best among Russian energy companies.
“The measures implemented by SIBECO during hydraulic tests are aimed at improving the quality of the heat supply of consumers of Novosibirsk, as well as to prevent the occurrence of cases of heating vegetables in the autumn-winter period,” said the technical director of Sibeko JSC Alexei Lymarev.
