The route to the airport was the first object on the Safe Roads project in the Novosibirsk Region

In the Novosibirsk region, the first renovated object was handed over for the project “Safe and high -quality roads”. The work was completed on the Novosibirsk-Aerport “Tolmachevo” highway, where a significant flow of freight transport is taking place.

Acceptance took place on July 31 with the participation of the Minister of Transport and Roads of the region Anatoly Kostylevsky. “This is an object of regional significance, on this section of the road, children are transported, as well as the movement of passenger transport. A significant flow of freight vehicles is also observed here, the press service of the government quotes the Minister. - At the same time, the road on the repaired section had an extremely worn asphalt concrete coating, the destruction of the coating of landing sites and border stone. That is why this section of the road was included in the priority project. ”

On the Novosibirsk-Aerport Tolmachevo highway in the Novosibirsk district, a coating was made on a section of 2.6 km long, as well as the repair of sites of 10 public transport stops. The price of the contract amounted to about 54.3 million rubles at the expense of the regional and federal budgets. The head of the regional Ministry of Transport noted that the work was performed ahead of the schedule for a month. Before the acceptance committee, laboratory control was carried out on the site, which showed the compliance of the quality of the work.

Anatoly Kostylevsky recalled that today road works on the project are carried out at all 59 objects of the region - on the streets in municipalities and on roads of regional and inter -municipal significance. Contracting organizations are repairing roads, and also eliminate places of concentration of accidents. According to the minister, in the near future it is planned to commission two more road facilities repaired by the project, and more than half of the facilities during August.

The purpose of the “Safe and High-quality Roads” project, approved in December 2016 by the Presidium of the Presidential Council for Strategic Development and Priority Projects on the initiative of the United Russia party, is a good condition of roads and reduce the number of hazardous sections in 38 urban infinitions with a population of more than 500 thousand people in each. Project implementation term: from November 2016 to March 2026 (inclusive).

In the Novosibirsk region, the priority project “Safe and high -quality roads” is implemented as part of the program of integrated development of the transport infrastructure of Novosibirsk agglomeration. The program included 59 objects in Berdsk, Koltsovo, Iskitim, Novosibirsk, Ob, as well as on regional and inter -municipal roads.
