The fourth bridge across the Ob has become more expensive

The cost of building the fourth bridge across the Ob increased by 10%. The project has risen in price to 35 billion rubles.

It has been brought into line with the prices of the second quarter of 2017, and now it is at the Glavgosexpertiza, and from there the confirmed estimated cost will come out, ”the general director of Central Bridge JSC Evgeny Kozhevnikov told reporters on August 1 at the next presentation of the project (quoted by Interfax ) .

The government commission decided to allocate 26.2 billion rubles for the construction of the fourth bridge. Another 10.4 billion rubles should be invested by the concessionaire, 3.8 billion rubles will be spent by the regional budget on site preparation and resettlement of residents. The construction period is five years. However, in order to receive federal money, you must first sign an agreement with Rosavtodor.

The first sums for the resettlement of residents have already been included in the budget - 200 million rubles. But they can be spent only after the signing of the contract. The authorities have to demolish 360 buildings, of which only 81 are residential. The remaining objects are garages and greenhouses.

LLC North-East Mainline, LLC Siberian Concession Company and LLC Novosibirsk Concession Company are taking part in the tender for the construction of the fourth bridge. Taiga.info wrote that behind them are the structures of a friend of the President of the Russian Federation Yuri Kovalchuk, Gazprombank, VTB and the general director of TEK Mosenergo, whose board of directors is headed by Igor Rotenberg. The authorities will open the envelopes with applicants' applications on August 7.

The deputies of the Legislative Assembly asked the regional administration to lay all the risks for the lost profit from the passage on the fourth bridge on the concessionaire, and not on the budget, but they only achieved a reduction in the minimum guaranteed income from 91 to 47 billion rubles.
