I talked with specialists - and all of them unanimously say: with the exact follow -up of the instructions, the attacks of the defendants are impossible. Consequently, the reason what happened today is the negligence of the escorts, who thus threatened not only their lives, but also the lives of civilian people in court and the lives of the Rosguard employees who arrived in the Moscow Regional Council.
That's what concerns the bullying and beatings of the defendants - this is please! They cope with this. A bunch of complaints about the convoy. But when I had to escort the seasoned murderers, on the account of which dozens of corpses and who, in fact, are already not given more life, they could not cope here.
For what purpose of the bloody bandits who killed seventeen people transported five people in the elevator at once, when it was supposed to transport two? And yet, perhaps, one of the most important issues: how the prisoners were able to free themselves from handcuffs in the elevator, because the key to the handcuffs was not supposed to be at the escort that accompanying them, but with the head of the convoy. The handcuffs are usually removed from the prisoners already inside the car zak. By the way, even having an object for handcuffs, it is impossible to open them unnoticed in the elevator in the presence of protection, and the search should be before transportation.
There are too many questions that have no answer yet. And, frankly, analyzing the incident strange event, we can even assume the possibility of conspiracy between members of the GTA gang or their accomplices who are at large, with someone from the convoy service in order to simulate hostages and the further escape of criminals. Remember the story with Killer number one, Alexander Solonik, who successfully escaped from Sailor Silence with the help of an employee of the pre -trial detention center.
And after we were convinced of the frostbite of the bandits who are daring to attack the convoy in the elevator of the building overwhelmed by armed fighters, we will still have to return to issues. And the main of these questions is this: how did it happen that five dangerous bandits were accompanied by only two escorts, and one of them is a woman? Who is to blame?
The answer to this question is very simple, albeit somewhat unexpected. We. We are to blame for the fact that it happened. And now I will try to explain my thought.
For 5 years, a gang of Islamists killed people near Moscow. I killed just like that, for training and testing for the Sending of the Middle East, for the training and testing. And what was our public attention with you to the trial of these people when they were detained? Zero. The trial has been going on for more than a year. Lawyers for appointment, constant transfers of meetings due to formal minor reasons, one episode is considered at least a month. And in total there are 14 episodes. This process simply turned into routine. He became bored even for its participants, nothing decisively happened on him. Therefore, naturally, weakened and vigilance.
But the court is the institution of civil society. This is in our interests with you, so that such “gta gangs” are no longer repeated. You and I must be sure that these people are isolated from society and that their example will be incomprehensible to others. And that is why our attention to the process over the bandits, who for five years just killed the same as us, random drivers on the nights of the Moscow Region Roads, should have been permanent.
And if our attention were like this, then five defendants would hardly have accompanied only two people. No, they would have escorted their special forces. With dogs. And nothing of the kind in the Moscow City Court would not have happened.
The Moscow Regional Court, of course, will draw conclusions from this story. But it is important that you and I also draw conclusions. Everyone for himself.

Together with a colleague from Kasparov.ru, we honestly tried to cover the process (only the first meeting was enough for other journalists), but by January this business was not enough for us. You get up at 8 in the morning to get into Mosobl, wait for lawyers for one and a half to two hours (they all work for their intended purpose, so they fulfill their duties, to put it mildly, through the sleeves), then the meeting is transferred due to the failure to appear, lawyer or illness of the defendant. <...>
And now this is happening in court-either one of the defendants grabbed a weapon at the bailiff, or someone came to court with their weapons and began to shoot. They report that four defendants died.
I believe in the first version-the inspection at the entrance to the Moscow City Court is quite tough, a few frames, a ribbon of a metal detector, four or five bailiffs that control visitors. If we talk about the first version, I immediately recall the phrase of one television officer who visited the first meeting: “I thought they were like real killer. They drove into such a distance - and in vain! ”
Indeed, none of the defendants is like killers, some, if it is appropriate to put it like that, on the contrary, look too good for such accusations. The only person involved in this case, in whose involvement in the murders I have no doubt - this is the alleged leader of the gang Ibaidullo Subkhanov. But he was killed during the detention.
It is hardly surprised that many shootout in court prompted conspiracy thoughts.
