Deputy Minister of Health of the Novosibirsk Region Yaroslav Frolov headed the United Ministry of Labor and Social Development. It is he who must decide the fate of Igor Schmidt and Sergey Pykhtin.

Frolov was appointed Minister on August 2, Governor Vladimir Gorodetsky said at a meeting with reporters. While the official works in the status of the acting, his candidate must agree on the Legislative Assembly in September.

Recall that the governor Vladimir Gorodetsky signed a resolution on the abolition of the Ministry of Social Development and the Ministry of Labor on July 4. The head of the region said that the merger will help improve interaction with the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, which now “expresses inconvenience” due to the need to cooperate with two bodies.
